To achieve this, we take a lead on addressing key issues across the research and publishing sectors: to improve research practice and reporting, to ensure that research is conducted rigorously and responsibly, to improve the evaluation of researchers, and to work with the community to strengthen research and publication-associated skills. We work independently and in partnership with others, across the research sector. Catalyst Editorial director, Dr Jane Alfred, is a member of the UK Committee on Research Integrity.
